E Knives R Us charges for shipping are based on the amount ordered. UPS Ground, air and mail charges are computed and displayed at the check out phase of ordering on all the products featured on our Web site.
Our policy is to ship most orders within 48 hours from order placement. Shipping days are the days our carriers accept shipments. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered shipping days. If Saturday Delivery or special shipping is required, please call our toll free (877)473-9601 or (904)268-5673..All direct shipments are generally heavy and will be shipped by our normal method.
U.S. Orders will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS Ground service. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order.
Express shipping is available upon request for extra fee please email to: sales@eknivesrus.com, or call us at (877)473-9601 or (904)268-5673 to inquire about product lead time and availability. There will be additional charges for 2nd Day Delivery and for 3rd Day Delivery.

Christmas Delivery:

Christmas Standard UPS Delivery cannot be Guaranteed for orders placed after December 12th.

Express Delivery is still possible on most orders placed prior to 10:00 AM ET on December 18th when you use our express Delivery Service.

If an item is in stock and order placed before 2pm ET, the order will be sent the same day, order placed after 2pm ET will be sent the next business day. If your shipment arrives with visible damage to outer carton, save broken item(s) and packing materials in the original shipping carton,notify the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request a damage inspection. Alert us that you have a claim. After your claim is approved, we will credit your account or replace the damaged goods. No Allowance can be made unless this procedure is followed.
